About Summer Sounds

About a month ago, I released my first electronic album ‘Terminals.’ That album was full of long pieces that were slow moving and dense. ‘Terminals’ is a hopeful album, but was written during one of the most stressful times of my life so far – auditioning for graduate school. Each track on that album represents an important part of my final semester of studies at Vanderbilt University.

‘Summer Sounds’ is meant to be the complete opposite of ‘Terminals’: a short EP of short songs. ‘Summer Songs’ is a light-hearted, joyous, collection of dance music I have created as I enter the next chapter of my life.

‘Summer Songs’ was conceived on April 29th (after listening to several Giorgio Moroder albums) and was released two days later on May 1st, 2018.
